Originally from Colombia, I came to the US as a small child. Coming from humble beginnings, gave me the drive and ambition I carry to this day. I grew up in Queens. As a troubled teen, I found a safe haven in sports and for boxing in particular. I fought at the amateur level at one point and competed twice in the famous golden glove tournament.

I obtained a four-year degree from the Bible institute from the Assemblies of God, where I majored in Christian ministry and theology in which I graduated in 2012.



Once I heard of what FCA does as an organization, I wanted to serve both coaches and athletes with this amazing program that challenges their growth, leadership but also encourages their spiritual maturity. Queens is like a city within a city, with such a rich and diverse culture I am humbled and grateful to be able to serve the borough of Queens. I currently reside in Queens with my wife, Melissa, and my son, Liam.
